Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by the Customer: • More than 30 Days Before the Tour: o Full refund minus a $20 processing fee. • 15 to 30 Days Before the Tour: o 50% refund of the total tour price. • Less than 15 Days Before the Tour: o No refund will be provided. 2. Rescheduling: • Customers may reschedule their tour without penalty if done at least 15 days prior to the original tour date, subject to availability. • A fee of $20 may apply for rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the tour date. 3. Cancellation by the Company: • The company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns). • Customers will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. No-Show Policy: • Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will forfeit the entire tour fee.
